<p><strong>International Shipping</strong><br>For orders placed outside India, shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the package. Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We currently ship to over 220+ countries and territories worldwide.</p>
<p><strong>🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes</strong><br>International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on the destination country’s laws. These charges are to be borne by the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price. Guleri will not be responsible for any customs delays or rejections.</p>
<p>Please check your country’s import guidelines before ordering internationally. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for international shipments once dispatched.</p>
<p><strong>⏱ Delivery Timeline</strong><br>Each piece at Guleri is handcrafted with care, which takes time. Please allow 15-20 working days for order processing and dispatch.</p>
<p>During festive periods or unforeseen events (such as government restrictions or weather conditions), there may be additional delays of 7-10 business days. We will keep you informed through email or phone in such cases.<br><br><strong>Exchange Information:-<br></strong>Exchange accepted if customer wants to exchange the dress with different dress of similar or higher value. (We do not give free shipping for exchanged dress, however, original product is sent by customer at their own expense and if customer pays shipping charges for exchanges then only in that case we can arrange reverse pickup(100rs) and dispatch new parcel (150rs) for customer and so, Per Dress 250 Rupees shipping charges customer have to pay..) <br>Free Exchange within 3 Days from the Date Of Receiving Order if There is Any Manufacturing Defect Otherwise shipping charges will Apply.</p>
<p><strong>📹 Receiving Your Order</strong><br>To help us serve you better in case of any shipping disputes:</p>
<p>Record an unboxing video and take timestamped photos within 48 hours of delivery.</p>
<p>If your package is damaged or appears tampered with, do not accept it. Instead, record the condition, take photos, and reach out to us immediately.</p>
