Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping Charges

• Domestic (India): Enjoy free shipping on all orders, whether prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD).

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

• As our products are handcrafted, please allow 15-20 working days for dispatch, both domestically and internationally.

• During peak seasons, festive periods, or unforeseen circumstances (such as curfews or political disruptions), there may be additional delays of 10-15 days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.

Receiving Your Order

To ensure a smooth delivery process and resolve any issues promptly, please follow these guidelines:

• Unboxing Video & Photos: Kindly record an unboxing video and take time-stamped photos within 48 hours of delivery.

• Damaged or Open Parcels: If the parcel appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it. Instead, take clear photos and a video, then email us with your order details so we can take the necessary steps.

Order Fulfillment Process

1. Once your order is placed, it enters our processing system for quality checks and secure packaging.

2. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

3. You can track your shipment through our courier partners’ websites.

4. We currently ship to over 220+ international destinations. You can check availability for your location at checkout.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Prepaid and COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• To request a cancellation, email us at gulerijaipur@gmail.com or call our customer support at +91-9119113152 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM).

Due to the intricate handcrafting process involved in creating our products, unexpected delays may occur. In case of extended delays, Guleri will issue a full refund. However, we shall not be held legally liable for any shipping delays.
