Cancellations return and exchange
Exchange Information:-
Exchange accepted if customer wants to exchange the dress with different dress of similar or higher value. (We do not give free shipping for exchanged dress, however, original product is sent by customer at their own expense and if customer pays shipping charges for exchanges then only in that case we can arrange reverse pickup(100rs) and dispatch new parcel (150rs) for customer and so, Per Dress 250 Rupees shipping charges customer have to pay..)
Free Exchange within 3 Days from the Date Of Receiving Order if There is Any Manufacturing Defect Otherwise shipping charges will Apply.
Cash On Delivery Is Available In India.

To help us serve you better in case of any shipping disputes:
Record an unboxing video and take timestamped photos within 48 hours of delivery.
If your package is damaged or appears tampered with, do not accept it. Instead, record the condition, take photos, and reach out to us immediately.
Send all proof along with your order ID to gulerijaipur@gmail.com so we can resolve the matter promptly.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Please note:
Orders cannot be canceled once they are in the processing or dispatch stage.
COD and prepaid orders follow the same cancellation window.
For international orders, only prepaid options are available. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other globally recognized methods.
*Return Policy*
Returns are accepted only if you receive a *defective, damaged, or incorrect product*.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact our customer support *within 72 hours of the delivery of your order*. Our team will review your request and assist you with the return process.
3) Return will not accepted if customer does not like the Color of the dress. We try our best to ensure exact colors as shown, However 5-10% variations is unavoidable due to light effect.
4) Return will not accepted if customer is not satisfied as we commit to deliver what we have displayed and for the prices we have charged is the best possible.
5) Return will not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
6) Return will not accepted if Any small issues like tussels pulled, as that might happen during transit of the product customer can easily fix the issue.
7) Under our current policy customers are eligible to process an exchange only one time per order.
Returns are accepted ONLY IF THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT, then the person should inform us within 3 days of delivery, & The item should be dispatched back to us within 4 days after delivery and only after receiving the garment you will receive an email . Then we will dispatch the another material.
Every Suit Material at Guleri Jaipur goes through 3-4 process stringent quality check. Any mischievous act of damaging the product itself by the customer will result into forfeiting your claim of both exchange & return.
If a product is wrongly delivered to you, We will arrange reverse pickup and send you the correct product. 6-10% Color difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
